We’re hiring a VP of Revenue Operations at Instantly.ai. We need someone who has experience scaling a business where self-serve and enterprise sales coexist – and knows how to make both thrive within a single operating system. Building and owning our CRM as the single source of truth.
Partnering closely with Product and Engineering to integrate Stripe, product data, and customer lifecycle events into our CRM. Building forecasting, reporting, routing, lifecycle automation, and revenue analytics. Solid technical fluency and comfort working directly with engineers and data teams.
Experience integrating Stripe and product usage data into the CRM. Ideally worked at a company with both software and services revenue, and understands the operational complexity of managing both.
