Posting End Date: Septmeber 8, 2026 Employer: Shared Health Site: Shared Health - Pan Am Clinic Department / Unit: Warehouse - Pan Am Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Anticipated Shift: Days Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the incumbent is responsible for filling orders from requisitions, stocking shelves, replenishing stock and performing inventory counts as required.

Previous warehouse experience required.

Experience operating electric forklifts and/or high-stacker required and the ability to stock/unstock racking up to 22 feet high up to 4000 lbs. SPECIAL TRAINING Must complete and maintain recognized Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training. On the-job-training provided on the Warehouse Inventory Management system.

Must possess a current certificate from a recognized training facility or equivalent certificate for the Forklift and Low Lift Pallet Mover (may not be required at all sites). Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English,



both verbally and in writing is required. Demonstrated customer service skills essential.

Knowledge of the facility/site is an asset. As a custodian of the site’s inventory, it is critical that the individual bring with them the quality of honesty and integrity. Will be required to operate equipment to load and unload pallets of supplies from the racking units, reaching a maximum height of 22 feet.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
