As a vital member of the Continuing Education team, you will assist students during their practical training in a highly respected Personal Support Worker program. The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse, demonstrating reliability and strong interpersonal skills. This role requires commitment to confidentiality and effective communication within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist PSW students during practical training sessions • Orient students to the clinical environment and staff • Provide one-on-one teaching in clinical settings • Collaborate with instructors for student evaluations • Offer timely feedback and facilitate discussions
