As an Auto Body Technician at Assured Automotive, you will perform structural and non-structural repairs on various vehicles. With over 30 years of experience, we're dedicated to your professional growth through ongoing training and support. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while working towards the repair facility's key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities: • Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently • Repair damage to vehicle body panels • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles effectively • Replace and repair interior and exterior vehicle parts • Assess and repair structural components of vehicles
Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience • Completion of an Auto Body Repair Program • Welding experience (MIG, TIG) • Valid driver’s license and personal toolbox
