Your responsibilities include sanitizing packing equipment, washing food contact surfaces, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The position demands a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to lift and move equipment for thorough cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dismantle and clean packing lanes and machines • Maintain cleanliness in production and shipping areas • Sanitize food contact surfaces and overhead pipes • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP requirements • Apply appropriate safety measures with Personal Protective Equipment
Requirements: • Experience in food manufacturing is an asset • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety regulations • Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends • Strong attention to detail and mechanical ability • Committed to maintaining safety and cleanliness
