Develops training plans and processes to be implemented by Training Coordinators Monitors training activities to ensure all weekly scheduled training is conducted Develops metrics to evaluate training effectiveness; modifies training content or delivery method to meet training objectives Develops recent training programs when needed, such as related to Value Added Services Compiles report to management of training statistics with recommendations for successful training activities Supervises employees including: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma)
equivalency Minimum 2 years of relevant training experience in warehouse;
Experience conducting training on warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, reach truck forklift, sit down forklift and order picker PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to conduct training classes for audiences at all levels of the organization Ability to develop, write and proof training materials Bonus if you have: (Preferred requirements) 2.
