We are offering a full‑time position as a work from home Inbound Sales Advisor. Working in a call center environment, you will be selling and upgrading CAA memberships to both potential and existing CAA Members.

Our Membership

Sales team is made up of driven, customer‑oriented Associates who are obsessed with Member safety. This role sells travel medical insurance. we provide training and certification within the first month of employment. You will need hard‑wired,



high‑speed internet connection to work from home and a dedicated distraction free workspace or office.

We provide the required technical equipment. Shifts range from 8am to 8pm EST, Monday to Saturday, and Sundays 9am to 6pm EST with shifts every second weekend. This position begins with paid training. Day one is a virtual scheduled session to ensure your equipment is set up and working.

Day two is a full day of training onsite in person orientation class at our CAA/CCG head office. (Day three of training starts a six‑week schedule of virtual classroom training from 9-5 EST Monday to Friday. You must be available to attend all scheduled training - time off is not available during the training period. Completion of post‑secondary education ~2-3 years of customer service experience ~1-2 years of sales experience ~ Licensed to sell Accident & Sickness Insurance considered an asset ~ Ability to meet all internal quality standards and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) ~ Quick and accurate data entry Internal applicants are asked to formally express their interest by applying online no later than 10 business days of the position being posted.
