Shape the future of legal education as a Paralegal Program Coordinator at triOS College. This part time role combines program management, faculty engagement, and curriculum oversight, predominantly hybrid.
In your role at triOS College, you'll focus on the compliance and effective delivery of the Paralegal program. Key tasks include supporting faculty onboarding and updating content to align with industry standards. Your collaboration with Admissions, Marketing, and Career Services will ensure program success and student readiness for the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Paralegal accreditation process on assigned campuses
- Supervise the program to ensure standards are maintained
- Liaise with departments on program delivery matters
- Oversee faculty presence in mandatory courses
- Develop instructional materials for faculty use
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws or Paralegal diploma
- Licensed Paralegal or Lawyer with the Law Society of Ontario
- At least three years of practice experience in Ontario
- Teaching experience of three years or more
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles required
