In this pivotal role, you will report to the Estimating Manager and take charge of preparing comprehensive cost estimates across various project scopes. Your responsibilities include interpreting complex tender drawings, conducting quantity take-offs, and ensuring timely tender submissions.

You will independently manage Design-Build projects while effectively communicating with clients and field staff to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently lead Design-Build tender stages
- Formulate accurate tender costs for labor and materials
- Prepare initial tender schedules for project handoff
- Present project scope, staging, and cost-saving recommendations
- Maintain correspondence on active tenders

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years in construction estimating
- Proficient in estimating software and tools
- Solid communication and leadership abilities
- Experienced with MTO contracts
