Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assessments and consultations for patients
- Establish treatment goals alongside patients
- Maintain accurate clinical and statistical records

Requirements:

- Master’s in Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Current license with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated independent and team work capability
- Current CPR certification
