Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough risk and suicide assessments
- Facilitate crisis counseling and individualized crisis responses
- Design care plans and implement de-escalation strategies
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and needs
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other service providers

Requirements:

- Related degree in social work, nursing, or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mental health settings
- Background in crisis intervention preferred
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts
