We’re a busy family of 4 in Harmony looking for a reliable, organized and proactive part-time housekeeper/family assistant to help us keep our home clean, organized and running smoothly. We are looking for someone 10-16 hours per week, and open to more as needed.

This role is primarily focused on housekeeping and household support. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating a clean and organized home and who can help us stay ahead of all those everyday household tasks that tend to pile up with a busy family.

Responsibilities would include:

- Full household cleaning, including kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and general tidying
- Laundry, folding and putting clothes away
- Changing and washing bed linens
- Household organizing and keeping spaces tidy
- Letting our friendly dog out as needed
- Simple meal prep, particularly helping prepare kids’ lunches and snacks for the week
- Helping with grocery lists and occasional grocery shopping, if interested
- Generally helping us stay ahead of the everyday household tasks that come with a busy family

We have two young children, but regular childcare is not the focus of this position. There may occasionally be an opportunity for babysitting or helping with the kids if you’re interested and available, but this would be optional and can be discussed separately.





We’d especially love to find someone who is dependable and takes initiative — someone who notices what needs to be done and is comfortable getting it done without needing a detailed list every visit.

Schedule & Future Live-In Option

This is currently a part-time, live-out position in Harmony, and it can absolutely remain live-out long-term.

We are currently building our recent lakefront home in Harmony and expect to move in this spring. At that point, for the right person, we could also offer the option of a live-in arrangement with private accommodation and access to Harmony’s lake and community amenities.

This is completely optional — we're equally happy to continue with a live-out arrangement if that's preferred.

We’re flexible on the exact schedule and would rather find the right person who fits well with our family. We’re hoping to find someone dependable and trustworthy who is interested in a longer-term position and becoming a valued part of our household routine.
