EXP is seeking a Lab Manager/Supervisor in Burnaby, BC to lead the Soils and Materials Laboratory. You will manage operations for soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete testing, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients across Western Canada.
Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in construction materials testing and at least 3 years in leadership, with CCIL/AASHTO/ASTM knowledge and solid communication skills.
