Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver meals for residents, guests, and staff
• Review menus and follow production sheets for meal preparation
• Conduct daily temperature audits of food storage areas




• Prepare food for special dietary needs according to planned menus
• Participate in planning special occasion meals and theme days
Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate required
• Experience in large quantity food preparation
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food regulations
• Physical capability to lift and transfer hot items
• Vulnerable Sector Check completion required
