Lawyers is expanding and looking for dedicated Litigation Clerks across our Ontario offices. This role involves assisting lawyers with accident benefit cases and requires knowledge of tort litigation. You'll be responsible for drafting legal documents, managing files, and ensuring compliance with Civil Procedure Rules while enjoying opportunities for skilled growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal correspondence and documents accurately
- Summarize discovery notes and medical reports
- Coordinate independent medical examinations
- Maintain organization of legal files and documents
- Liaise with external parties and counsel as needed Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk
- Strong proficiency in Civil Procedure Rules
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
