Duties

- File Preparation of Financial Information and tax preparation.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, CaseWare, Profile, TValue, and other data entry tools to record financial transactions accurately

Qualifications

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, CaseWare and Profile or other tax preparation software.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles including data entry,



account reconciliation, and ledger management
- Familiarity with payroll systems.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes within a financial services environment
- Excellent math skills coupled with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Ability to perform account analysis efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines
- Prior experience in budgeting and financial reporting is preferred but not required
