The Role:Accounts Payable Clerk Under the direction of the Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for managing accounts payable and aspects of financial accounting. Help classify all the packing slips while ensuring that they are all signed off on by the site manager Manage payable invoices (about 500/month) Ensure that all invoices are verified, coded and classified correctly Help with the preparation of direct payments by collecting documents like receipts, compliance documents from WSIB, etc.

Ensure bank information of our suppliers is accurate Manage different administrative tasks such as document classification,



photocopying, scanning Possess a Diploma in accounting Detail and quality oriented Works well with Office (Word, Excel, Outlook.).
