Position Title: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - Bilingual (English/French)

Compensation: From $23 to $26 (Based on Experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Confirm customer packing slips
- Perform collection calls
- Daily sales reconciliation
- Post daily sales transactions
- Enter cheques and payments
- Provide account-related support at the POS level




- Assist with month-end closing processes

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be available to work Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Bilingual in English and French (asset)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Accounting diploma or degree is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
