The Salvation Army in Yellowknife seeks a dedicated Case Manager and Counselor to support THARP clients through recovery and aftercare planning. You will provide counselling, crisis stabilization, and advocacy while coordinating referrals to income support, housing, and treatment services.

This role requires post-secondary education in social work, counselling or nursing, plus certifications in addictions, crisis intervention, and safety. A versatile schedule including weekends may be required.
