Join the House of Friendship as an Administrative Assistant in a part-time role focused on community support. Manage the daily flow of the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine clinic while helping individuals seeking assistance. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about community service and equipped with robust organizational skills.
In this integral role, you will act as the central contact for participants and providers, scheduling appointments and managing communications effectively. Your contributions will support individuals on their journey toward change. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line reception for program participants and visitors
- Perform clerical support for program staff and leadership
- Maintain program registration and waitlists accurately
- Coordinate communication with pharmacies and doctors
- Assist in creating promotional materials for the program Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 education required
- At least 1 year of office administration experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products
- Sensitivity to marginalized populations' issues
