Minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative position with duties directly related to those specified. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Working knowledge of the University of Regina’s academic policies, procedures and processes; Familiar with nursing academic programs and university policies.
Excellent organizational skills including a proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, prioritize work and accomplish tasks correctly and on time. Exceptional written and oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students, program partners and the community.
Proficiency in the use of a range of software including: MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint is an asset.
Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of complex database and information systems including Banner, Caspur reports, DCU scheduling, FAST , Zoom is an asset.
Experience with purchasing: budgets, quotes, vendors, and reconciliation is essential. Attention to detail for accurate data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining records Experience in event management and online booking payment systems.
