You will help manage advisor book acquisition transactions from initial assessment through closing, and contribute to new issue transactions, structured products, and M&A; assignments.

The role offers hands-on transaction experience and exposure to senior executives, advisors, issuers, and legal counsel, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented
