The Recruiting Advisor will support various clients across Canada. We're seeking motivated go-getters who can combine a proactive, sales-driven approach with strong knowledge of the Internet, social media platforms, and technology. This is a contract position with the potential for extension.

Proficient with Internet search engines & social networking. Responsible for the recruitment process- sourcing, interviewing, offers etc. One year of recruiting experience preferred Strong communication skills in Both English and French (written and verbal), highly articulate, and attentive to detail.

Outgoing, energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-service minded. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage urgent requirements while meeting deadlines. Proficient with email and Microsoft Office Suite; strong networking and relationship-building skills.

This role requires a bilingual candidate. The successful applicant will be expected to post daily updates in English on the client's Microsoft Teams channel, participate in meetings, and maintain consistent, professional communication with the client in English.
