The Salvation Army in Canada and Bermuda is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support THARP clients in the Yellowknife region. The role focuses on case management, behavior management, and coordinating aftercare within a north/south addictions recovery framework.

You will conduct counseling, facilitate crisis intervention, develop aftercare plans, and liaise with partner agencies. Solid communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
