In this role reporting to the Production Manager, your experience as an SMT Operator will shine as you conduct visual inspections and rework electronic assemblies.
Collaboration with the Lead Hand and team members drives continuous improvement and efficient production. You will work in an ESD-controlled workplace, adhering to manufacturing standards and ensuring all products meet quality requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely handle products in an ESD-controlled environment
- Set up and operate SMT production equipment effectively
- Conduct daily/weekly preventive maintenance on SMT equipment
- Perform visual inspections on SMT PCBAs for quality assurance
- Document routines and report issues to Lead Hand Requirements:
- High school diploma; Technical Diploma preferred
- 2 years of experience as an SMT operator
- Ability to read BOM and manufacturing instructions
- Knowledge of IPC-610 standards for electronic assemblies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking tasks Leverage your skills in SMT operation and quality control at Blackline Safety’s afternoon shift.
