We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Aluminum Fabricator. You are responsible for adhering to a production schedule and maintaining a high level of professional standard. The final offered hourly rate will depend on the candidates experience and level of formal qualification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Read and understand CAD drawings and assembly instructions.




- Verify dimensions and product specifications.
- Lay out and cut components on aluminum sheet and angle from drawings.
- Cut, grind, bend and form metal components using hand tools
- Ensure quality control standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience as a Fabricator in a custom manufacturing setting
- Experience working with 0.125 (and lighter) aluminum sheet
- Proficient operating hand tools and basic shop equipment (hand grinders, hand-held drill, drill press, band saw, etc.)
- Must be able to read and understand production CAD drawings
- Excellent English - written and oral communications
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Millwright experience an asset

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00-$36.00 per hour
