À propos du poste McKesson est à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste principal(e) des systèmes d’affaires hautement motivé(e) au sein de l’équipe des technologies du commerce de détail (Retail) pour diriger des initiatives complexes d’analyse d’affaires visant à soutenir des solutions technologiques, l’excellence opérationnelle et la transformation numérique. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) combine une forte capacité d’analyse, d’excellentes aptitudes en gestion des parties prenantes, ainsi qu’une expertise approfondie des méthodologies Agile et du cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC). La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais constitue un atout afin de soutenir des équipes et intervenants diversifiés.
Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Développement et Assurance qualité (QA) tout au long du cycle de développement afin de s’assurer que les solutions sont alignées sur les objectifs d’affaires. Utiliser SQL et des outils de visualisation de données tels que Power BI pour valider la logique d’affaires et soutenir la prise de décision basée sur les données. Tirer parti de l’intelligence artificielle pour soutenir la création d’histoires utilisateur et s’assurer que tous les scénarios, exigences et cas particuliers sont pris en compte.
Minimum de 6 ans d’expérience comme analyste d’affaires ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d’un environnement Agile axé sur la technologie. Baccalauréat ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience pertinente. Solide expérience dans la collecte, la documentation, la validation et la gestion des exigences d’affaires et fonctionnelles.
Excellente compréhension du cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC) et des pratiques Agile/Scrum. Expérience pratique avec Jira et Confluence dans un contexte Agile. Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite, verbale et en présentation, avec la capacité de s’adresser efficacement tant à des auditoires techniques qu’à des partenaires d’affaires.
Le bilinguisme français-anglais constitue un atout. Expérience dans les technologies du commerce de détail (Retail), le domaine pharmaceutique, les plateformes SaaS, le développement logiciel interne ou les programmes de transformation numérique.
Bonne connaissance de SQL pour l’analyse de données, la validation et la vérification des règles d’affaires.
Expérience avec Power BI ou d’autres plateformes d’intelligence d’affaires pour soutenir la prise de décision. Capacité à analyser les processus d’affaires, identifier les inefficacités et recommander des solutions technologiques permettant d’améliorer la performance. Expérience dans l’animation d’ateliers de grande envergure avec des parties prenantes et dans la transformation de discussions complexes en décisions, exigences et plans d’action clairs.
Mode de travail hybride comprenant 2 jours par semaine au bureau.
Business Systems
Analyst in Retail technology to lead complex business analysis initiatives that drive technology solutions, operational excellence, and digital transformations. This role partners with business product owners to translate business needs into clear requirements and works closely with the delivery team to implement solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience and provide business value. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, exceptional stakeholder management skills and deep expertise in agile delivery and software development lifecycle for internal development solutions and experience in Retail systems, SaaS platforms are highly valued.
Bilingual communication skills are an asset to support diverse business stakeholders and teams. Manage complexity and scope requirements with the business product owners. Partner with product, engineering and QA throughout the SDLC to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Create and maintain a clear structure of business requirements documents (BDR), functional requirements documents (FRD) in Confluence. Maintain a feature map on product capabilities and create a healthy product backlog that is continuously prioritized by the product owner and ready for Program Increment planning. Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities and recommend scalable technology solutions by partnering with the engineering team.
Leverage SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI to validate business logic and support data-driven decisions. Leverage AI to support user story creation and ensure all requirements, scenarios, and edge cases are thoroughly considered.
Produce mockups or prototypes leveraging AI tools to help stakeholders visualize solution options and refine requirements. 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in an Agile, technology-driven environment. ~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. ~ Strong experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements. ~ Proven ability to write clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria. ~ Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum delivery practices. ~ Hands‑on experience using JIRA and Confluence in an Agile delivery workplace. ~ Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional requirements and working with cross‑functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders from discovery through implementation. ~ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences. ~ Bilingual English/French communication skills are an asset.
Experience in Retail technology, pharmacy, SaaS platforms, internal software development, digital transformation programs. Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and business rule verification.
Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms to support decision making. Ability to analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies and recommend technology solutions that drive improvements.
Experience with product management practices and customer‑centric solution design, and backlog prioritization. Travel, Work Environment &
