Insight Global is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a leading Wealth Management Technology team supporting a portfolio of business-critical applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong application support background who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring applications operate efficiently for end users.

Please Note: We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a similar support-focused role ~ Experience supporting business-critical applications in a corporate environment ~ Experience using SQL for queries, reporting, and issue investigation ~ Experience partnering with business users and technical teams to resolve incidents and support enhancements ~ Experience working within Agile environments ~ Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools used to track application health and support activities ~ Robust ownership mindset and accountability when managing incidents and service requests ~ Willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation Experience supporting applications within Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services Exposure to Windows and Linux environments Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, ELK Stack, PagerDuty, or similar platforms Familiarity with database technologies including Sybase, DB2, or SQL Server Monitor and support a suite of business-critical applications Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to support application enhancements and releases Develop and maintain support documentation, processes, and knowledge articles Participate in incident management and on-call support activities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance application stability and performance *We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. *Pay range for this role is between $43/hr - 45/hr CAD. *No requirement for Canadian experience or education. #
