We're hiring: AI Engineer | Downtown Toronto (Hybrid) | Full-Time

Know Java/Python inside out — and now living in Claude Code, Copilot, or similar AI dev tools? We're looking for someone who's made the leap from traditional SDLC to Agentic ADLC to help lead a greenfield AI-engineering transformation.

What you'll do:

- Design and implement AI-driven workflows across the full application delivery lifecycle — from requirements to production support

- Use Claude Code and similar AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and reduce manual effort

- Help evolve our engineering practices from traditional SDLC toward an Agentic Application Development Lifecycle (ADLC), introducing AI agents for planning, development, testing, review, and operational support

- Partner with architects, developers, QA,



and business stakeholders to drive measurable productivity and quality gains

What we're looking for:

- 10+ years hands-on software development experience in Java and Python
- A robust SDLC background who has since moved into ADLC — hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools

- Working knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG concepts, and context management

- Experience with microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile delivery
- A builder's mindset — excited to shape new practices, not just follow existing ones
