With 2-3 years of welding experience, you will interpret specifications, operate manual and automated equipment, and ensure weld quality meets industry standards. Candidates must be willing to relocate and possess a strong attention to detail, as well as physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks in a demanding environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret welding specifications and blueprints
- Operate welding and cutting equipment
- Examine and assess welds for consistency
- Maintain and repair welding machinery

- 2-3 years of relevant welding experience
- College or equivalent education
