About the Prospect

Our client, a well-established real estate investment and asset management platform with a national footprint, is seeking an Analyst, Asset Management to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with experienced industry leaders and gain exposure across the full real estate lifecycle, including asset management, investments, leasing, property operations, development, and strategic planning.

What We Need

As the Analyst, Asset Management, you will:

✅ Build and maintain financial models using Argus Enterprise and Excel

✅ Analyze asset performance, cash flows, budgets, and variances

✅ Support financing, refinancing, and capital planning initiatives

✅ Conduct market research and due diligence to support investment and asset strategies

✅ Evaluate leases, renewals, and portfolio opportunities to maximize value

✅ Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior leadership

✅ Assist with portfolio business planning, redevelopment analysis, and strategic decision-making

✅ Partner with asset management, leasing, and investment teams on high-impact initiatives

What You Offer

✔ 2 years of experience in Asset Management, Real Estate Investments, Acquisitions, Valuations, or a related field

✔ Hands-on experience with Argus Enterprise (required)





✔ Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills

✔ Experience analyzing leases, cash flow projections, and portfolio performance

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities

✔ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

✔ Argus Certification (ASC) considered a strong asset

✔ A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within commercial real estate The Company & Apply
