- Monitor financial performance of multi-residential assets
- Prepare and review operating and capital budgets




- Develop asset-level business plans and strategies
- Partner with property management for operational support
- Conduct site visits and operational assessments Requirements:
- 5+ years in a financial capacity
- University degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
- Experience in multi-residential or commercial real estate
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
