GoodLife Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Newfoundland and Labrador. You will lead a sales-focused team, onboarding new and current members toward health goals, while mentoring staff on selling, relationship-building and achieving targets.

You will support the General Manager in daily club operations, shape training and development, and foster a culture aligned with core values like caring, integrity and peak attitude. A growth-oriented workplace awaits.
