Become an essential part of AgMedica Bioscience Inc. as an Assistant Grower in our cannabis cultivation team. Drive plant health and quality while gaining valuable experience in a regulated environment. This full-time permanent role from Monday to Friday requires a solid horticulture or agriculture background.

You will collaborate with Growers to enhance plant yields, monitor conditions, and implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices. Candidates should possess leadership skills, attention to detail, and enjoy cultivating high-quality cannabis. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Growers to optimize plant health
- Monitor and manage environmental conditions in grow rooms
- Conduct scouting, data collection, and pest identification
- Maintain Batch Production Records and environmental documentation
- Support cultivation trials and track operational measures Requirements:
- Diploma in horticulture or agriculture
- Experience in commercial cultivation preferred
- Leadership skills and IPM knowledge
- Pesticide Safety certification required
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg/55 lbs Make a mark in cannabis cultivation through meticulous plant care and proactive problem-solving.
