As an Assistant Director, you will play a pivotal role in Canada’s EY wavespace and CX team, working with some of our most forward-thinking clients as they navigate complex business challenges and opportunities.

You will work at the forefront of their transformation and AI agendas, helping to shape priorities and influence strategic direction. Leveraging EY’s design thinking-based wavespace methodology, you will design and facilitate collaborative client sessions that foster alignment, generate innovative ideas, and enable informed strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in high-impact client projects and initiatives, bringing together diverse stakeholders to co-create solutions, shape innovation and transformation agendas, and deliver meaningful, actionable outcomes.

Through the global EY wavespace network, you will tap into leading practices, insights, and capabilities to deliver exceptional and differentiated client experiences. In addition, as part of our overarching CX strategy that includes a client listening program, you will have the chance to engage directly with senior executives, transforming their feedback into actionable insights that strengthen relationships and drive continuous improvement across client experiences. Leverage your creative ingenuity and our digital collaboration technologies to create exceptional and unique immersive experiences with our clients Collaborating with EY account teams to debrief insights from EY wavespace engagements and client experience activities, helping to identify opportunities for continued value creation Strong organizational and project management skills,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and ability to quickly establish credibility with clients and teams Strong understanding of digital trends and disruptions shaping client business landscapes Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and coaching high-performing teams 5-7 years of management consulting or equivalent business transformation or corporate strategy experience ~ Demonstrated project management skills ~ This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required.
