- Advise on organizational design and workforce planning
- Promote positive employee relations and manage conflict resolution
- Conduct annual pay equity analysis and support compensation practices
- Supervise a small HR team providing exceptional service Bachelor’s degree and 8 years HR experience
- Proven experience in managing HR functions in diverse regions
- Proficient in MS Office software and data analysis
- Ability to travel within Canada and the U.Deliver strategic HR leadership while promoting an inclusive culture with The Nature Conservancy.
