Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Provide expert guidance on vehicle repairs, maintenance options, and available services based on mechanical knowledge and dealership offerings
- Upsell additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction while respecting their preferences
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs, communicate progress updates, and ensure timely completion of services
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments efficiently, and maintain detailed financial records
- Assist customers with warranty claims, service follow-ups, and answering technical questions to foster trust and loyalty
- Maintain a clean,



organized service area and ensure all customer interactions reflect professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

- Prior dealership experience or familiarity with automotive sales and customer service is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience that allows for explicit communication about vehicle issues and repairs
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Ability to upsell services confidently while prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction
- Experience in automotive repair environments or understanding of automotive systems is advantageous
- Cash handling experience to manage transactions accurately and responsibly
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between customers and technical teams
