- Prepare detailed invoicesand customer statements
- Supplying parts quotes andsales to service, internal, retail, and wholesale clients
- Assist with shipping asnecessary
- Answer phone calls on anongoing basis
- Maintain the inventory andcleanliness of the Parts Department
- Verify receiving shipmentsby checking order against the packing list




- Assist in keeping partsclean and shelf section area stocked and orderly
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions,inventory, and procedures
- Work in partnership withdepartment managers and employees to maximize store sales and in-storepresence
- When necessary, help inthe delivery of parts to clients
- Personal ProtectiveEquipment (safety glasses and safety shoes) to be worn at all times whennecessary
- Knowledge of PBS isconsidered an asset Minimum 2-yeartelephone-based customer service experience. Possess exceptionallystrong telephone communications skills. To be a dealership/brandadvocate promoting extraordinary customer service. Ability and aptitude toestablish rapport with customers over the telephone.
