ROLE &RESPONSIBILITIES;:

- Handle parts requirementsof customers through counter service and sales;
- Prepare detailed invoicesand customer statements;
- Supplying parts quotes andsales to service, internal, retail, and wholesale clients;
- Assist with shipping asnecessary;
- Supply service technicianswith parts ordered through parts requisition forms;
- Answer phone calls on anongoing basis;
- Maintain the inventory andcleanliness of the Parts Department;




- Verify receiving shipmentsby checking order against the packing list;
- Assist in keeping partsclean and shelf section area stocked and orderly;
- Follow-up on shortages andexpedite through reporting to Parts Manager;
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions,inventory, and procedures;
- Work in partnership withdepartment managers and employees to maximize store sales and in-storepresence;
- When necessary, help inthe delivery of parts to clients;
- Personal ProtectiveEquipment (safety glasses and safety shoes) to be worn at all times whennecessary;
- Performs other duties asrequired

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Knowledge of PBS isconsidered an asset
- Minimum 2-yeartelephone-based customer service experience.
- Possess exceptionallystrong telephone communications skills.
- To be a dealership/brandadvocate promoting extraordinary customer service.
- Must be detail-oriented,thorough, and able to work independently.
- Is knowledgeable aboutdealership operations.
- Flexibility andadaptability.
- The desire for continuousprofessional growth and improvement.
- Problem-solving.
- Ability to workeffectively and congenially with others in the department and thedealership.
- Ability and aptitude toestablish rapport with customers over the telephone.
