We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team! Responsibilities

- Perform thorough diagnostics on vehicles and heavy machinery using schematics, electrical testing tools, and mechanical inspection techniques
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment including excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Interpret technical schematics and manuals to troubleshoot electrical systems, hydraulics, engines, and other mechanical components




- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each job performed
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Assist with assembly or disassembly of machinery during repairs or upgrades as needed

Experience

- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience working with heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, or farm machinery
- Mechanical knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, engines, and power tools
- Experience with schematics reading and troubleshooting complex industrial or automotive systems
- Solid customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and build trust with clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy machinery confidently
- Prior experience in maintenance or mechanic roles involving HVAC systems or welding is a plus
