As an AV Field Service Engineer, you’ll support Evertz AV products and provide operational training in office. Master customer engagement, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service excellence as you collaborate with a dynamic team in the broadcast technology sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Commission systems and train customers on-site for operational success
- Provide technical direction on firmware and maintenance issues
- Diagnose problems by recreating customer product applications
- Collect data and systematically report issues
