Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, and detail-oriented Baker / Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be working as part of a team to bake cakes, pies, cookies, and more. You will also assist in preparing fillings and other products used for our desserts. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, organized workspace throughout the day.

Requirements:

- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods throughout the day
- Must be able to lift and carry baking supplies and ingredients
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
