Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Handle food preparation and service, including assembling sandwiches, snacks, or baked goods
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
- Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all areas of the café or food service space
- Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills to ensure accurate payments and change
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks,



and food handling to keep the workspace organized and compliant

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service background is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent time management to handle busy periods effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and transaction accuracy
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or general food industry roles is a plus
