Sisterbrew is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Full-Time Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and quality beverages.

Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, bubble tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Greet customers, take orders, process payments, and provide friendly service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with ingredient preparation, restocking, and daily store operations.
- Work effectively with team members during busy periods.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.

Requirements

- Fluent English communication skills required.




- Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset.
- 1+ year of food & beverage or restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures.
- Available for full-time hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
