About MOUV

Mouv is a queer-owned movement studio and community space offering Pilates, yoga, and movement experiences. This fall, we're expanding to include a café serving specialty coffee, beverages, and thoughtfully prepared sandwiches.

Our space is designed to be a place to move, gather, refuel, and connect. Through our classes, café, events, and community programming, we create opportunities for people to care for themselves while building meaningful connections.

We lead with inclusivity, accessibility, and a trauma-informed lens, recognizing that everyone brings different experiences, identities, needs, and boundaries into shared spaces. We expect every member of our team to approach our community, and one another, with empathy, respect, curiosity, and care.

Whether you're crafting a coffee, preparing a sandwich, welcoming a guest, or caring for the space, it's the small details that leave the biggest impression.
