Join our award wining team as a part-time Bartender, we are looking for someone who has passion and energy. Previous experience is not mandatory as our bar manager will train you to perform to the Alloy standard. We are looking for Friday and Saturday evenings. $16 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, qualified manner to enhance their experience.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process orders and payments smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience,



especially in bartending or serving roles is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS; basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Understanding of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
- Hospitality background or food industry experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
