St. Louis Bar & Grill – Newmarket (Leslie Street) is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused Bartenders to join our growing team. Under new management, we’re building something better — a strong team, a excellent vibe, and a space where every guest feels like a VIP.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency
- Manage your section/bar while keeping everything clean and organized
- Process orders and payments using Silverware POS
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members
- Follow Smart Serve guidelines and responsible alcohol service at all times
- Keep calm and organized during busy shifts
- Treat every guest like a regular, and every regular like family

What We’re Looking For:





- Previous experience as a bartender or server is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle busy environments
- Familiar with Silverware POS (or willing to learn quickly)
- Smart Serve certification is required
- Must be reliable and professional
