The Behaviour Intervention

Mentor will work within school teams to implement activities and strategies that assist students in overcoming behavioral challenges. This role requires collaboration with educators and other professionals to foster social skills, communication, and resilience in students. Additionally, the mentor will provide necessary training on conflict and anger management to school personnel and participate in developing intervention plans. Assist educators in implementing behavior management strategies

- Provide training on conflict management and observation techniques
- Support in case management for behavior intervention plans Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or education
- Knowledge of behavior management and applied behavior analysis
- Additional training in crisis intervention is an asset
- Utilize your expertise in behavior management to improve classroom outcomes for students at Miramichi Area Schools.
