As a Bilingual Perks Services Representative, you will report directly to the Assistant Manager within a fast-paced call center environment.

In this role, you’ll assist members with insurance queries, provide information about OTIP’s extensive product offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include navigating members through the web portal and mobile app, processing claims, and resolving complaints effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Answer telephone inquiries regarding benefits and coverage




- Educate members on OTIP products and services
- Resolve member concerns promptly and accurately
- Maintain records of insurance transactions and member interactions
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma required
- One year experience in insurance and call centers
- Knowledge of health and dental insurance essential
- Strong communication skills in both languages
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
