Smart & Biggar is currently seeking a bilingual Billing Clerk to join our National Finance Team in Montreal. This role focuses on end-to-end billing processes, including invoice preparation, e-billing submissions, WIP management, and resolving billing inquiries across a national portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of billing or administrative experience, fluency in French and English, and familiarity with e-billing platforms such as 3E Elite or E-Billing Hub.
